Help Abbie locate her LOST 13yo CHILD in Kenya
Samir Abdirizak Siyat Gure is a 13-year-old boy from Kenya and a pupil in Grade 8. He is the second-born in a family of three children and has two sisters, Vannia and Gianna. His mother is Abishagy Wambui Ndirangu (aka Abbie), who survived modern day slavery in Lebanon and was repatriated to Kenya in October 2020 after leading the protest which led her to support hundreds of fellow stranded Kenyans to be repatriated. Samir was a student at Muchatha Primary School at the time of his disappearance. On the morning of 27th August 2025,at around 6:00 a.m., Samir prepared himself for school as usual. He left home wearing a navy blue sweater, navy blue trousers, a sky blue shirt, grey socks, black shoes, and carrying a red school bag. Sadly, he never reported to school and has not been seen since. That day was the last time his mother saw him. The family reported his disappearance to the police and to ,Missing Child Kenya, but so far after a week, no results or leads have been found regarding his whereabouts. "As a family, we are deeply worried and are doing everything possible to find Samir. We are reaching out for support from well-wishers and organizations to help us intensify the search. Our plans include advertising on television and radio stations, traveling to different cities, and distributing posters to create more awareness. To carry out these activities effectively, we are working with a budget of USD 3,500. * 1,000 USD to offer reward if found * 500 USD to spread posters/flyers around different cities * 500 USD for 30min radio presence * 1,500 USD for 5min TV presence We kindly appeal for your support in this urgent matter. Any assistance, whether financial or in amplifying awareness, will go a long way in helping us continue the search for Samir and bring him home safely.
